Pentatec supplies systems to certify gas production quality based on custom engineering. Gas chromatographs are modified adding, for each specific gas, sampling switching valves which, combined analytical columns packed or capillary, allow the separation of the impurities of the samples. In addition are installed external detector systems and heating valves. On customer request it is designed sampling system and the analysis method to be used.
The rack 19’’ engineered by Pentatec includes also:
- multi point sampling system, fully automatic
- sampling and auxiliary gas control system.
Multi-point sampling system: can be connected to an automatic feature that analyzes different samples using multi point sampling system (cylinders or other gas line) following a programed sequence.
Sampling and auxiliary gas control system: gas flow and pressure during all operation are monitored.
More than 150 systems were developed for laboratories/industries in Italy.
